These terms and conditions govern your use of the KM Digital website and the purchase of our products and services. By placing an order with us you agree to these terms.
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. Prices are quoted in South African Rand. For custom and bulk orders a deposit may be required before production begins. The balance is payable on collection or delivery.
Where you supply artwork, you confirm you have the right to use it. We will provide a proof for approval where required; once approved, you are responsible for any errors in the final product.
Custom-printed and personalised items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or not as described. Please inspect your order on receipt and contact us within 7 days of any issue.
Lead times are estimates and may vary. We will keep you informed of any delays. Delivery costs, where applicable, are confirmed at the time of quotation.
Our liability is limited to the value of the goods or services supplied. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
